This guide explains how to chat with Seve to discover destinations and get personalised travel recommendations.

Overview

Seve works like a conversation with a well-travelled friend. You describe what you’re looking for, and it responds with tailored suggestions. The more specific you are, the better the results.

Steps

1. Open the Ask Seve chat

From your dashboard, click the chat icon or the “Ask Seve” input bar at the centre of the screen.

2. Describe what you’re looking for

Type your request in natural language. You don’t need to use special commands. Examples:

• “I want a long weekend somewhere warm in Europe in October”
• “Best neighbourhoods to stay in Tokyo for first-time visitors”
• “Family-friendly things to do in Amsterdam”

You can also ask Seve for an itinerary or day-to-day plan

• “Create a plan for a midweek in Barcelona following Gaudi’s footsteps”

3. Review Seve's response

Seve will reply with recommendations, explanations, itineraries and context about each suggestion.

Results are backed by Google Maps for verified, real locations.

Recommendations are formatted in location cards you can save.
