Ask Seve lets you export your saved places, itineraries, and journal entries so you have a copy of your data.

What you can export

• Saved places
• Itineraries (including day-by-day structure)
• Travel Journal entries

How to export

1. Go to Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.

2. Go to My Data

In Settings, click or tap on Download My Data.

3. “Request Export”

After you’ve sent the request the Ask Seve team will prepare your export and send it to you per email. Your data will be in a standard format (CSV or JSON).

Notes on data exports

• Exports are for your personal use and are not linked to your account after download.
• Photos of the places you saved are not included in the export.
• If you’re requesting to delete your account, request an export first — data cannot be recovered after account deletion. </aside>
