This guide walks you through creating a new Ask Seve account and getting started with the app.

Steps

1. Go to askseve.com

Open your browser and navigate to askseve.com. You’ll land on the homepage.

2. Click “Get Started” or “Sign Up”

You’ll find this button on the homepage hero or in the top navigation bar.

3. Choose your sign-up method

Ask Seve supports sign-up via:

• Email — enter your email address and create a password
• Google — sign in with your Google account for a faster setup

4. Confirm your email (if signing up via email)

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Ask Seve. Click the verification link to activate your account.

Note: If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from [email protected].

5. You’re in!

You’ll land on your Ask Seve dashboard. From here, you can start a conversation, explore travel guides, or create your first itinerary.

Common issues during sign-up

• Didn’t receive a confirmation email? Wait 2–3 minutes and check your spam folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, try resending it from the login page.
• Already have an account? Click Log In instead of Sign Up on the homepage.
• Signing up with Google not working? Try using an incognito browser window or a different browser. </aside>
